Productive Day VIII: The Reckoning

2007-05-15 at 8:18 p.m.

Holy crap I was productive today. Check it out:

I got up early, cleaned my apartment, worked on my sister-in-law's website for her, and then went to work early.

At work, I had two different meetings, I setup for a video conference presentation complete with projector, laptop, and phone system, and I got a lot done on my OWN projects.

I completed my visa application, went to Kinko's for passport photos and FedEx documents, and I sent off my visa application. Within 2 weeks, I should have my passport back with my Chinese visa!

I came home and cleaned up my whole Nintendo 64 system and listed the whole set on eBay. Then I did the same thing to my old Sony Playstation.

I cooked a delicious chicken stir fry with brown rice for dinner.

Now ... I'm about to make myself a vodka tonic and watch some Robot Chicken.

Sarah P. is coming tomorrow! I get to see her one last time before moving away. She's flying in from New Hampshire just to see me one last time.

Man, it's sad selling my Nintendo 64. But I figure by the time I get back, I can get a good used one with the few games I like for less than $50, so it's more economical for me to just dump it on eBay now than to find a place to store the stupid thing.

Up next for sale: my 36" tv, my scooter, and random furniture from my living room. Goodbye, stuff!

Maybe I'll go play my 64 for one of the last times ... :(
